How do I log in?
In the merch portal, please select my account and follow the prompts to login via Okta 365.
I have a new starter joining soon - can they get a pack?
Yes, as part of the day one induction, new starters will receive a new starter pack.After induction, they can place an order for their own tee and/or polo shirt if they choose to, as these are optional.Are there any delivery charges?
No – delivery is free! We do however encourage you to order all of your items in a single order, helping us manage supply and demand, keeping freight costs to a minimum and making sure you don’t miss the opportunity for your favourite item!
Where can I have my order delivered to
During the ordering process, you’ll be asked to select your office location. Your order will be sent to this office for you to collect.
Please ensure that you enter your Leader’s name, and what floor you work on (Brisbane only), to ensure that your parcel gets to you in a timely manner.
If you are unable to collect your items in person, please contact your Regional Administrator or Leader for assistance in getting this to you.
I have too many TechnologyOne shirts, I don't want another one. Do I have to order one?
You do not need to order any new shirts, however, this polo and tee have our brand new brand. There is now an expectation that when you are attending an event on behalf of TechnologyOne you should be wearing one of these new branded shirts.
Why can't you deliver to my home address?
We are attempting to keep freight costs down and reduce our carbon footprint. If you are unable to collect your package from your office, please talk with your Regional Administrator or Leader to make arrangements to get this to you.
I work remotely and don't come into an office, what are my options?
We understand that there are some team members who work remotely. If you are unable to collect your package from your office, please talk with your Regional Administrator or Leader to make arrangements to get this to you.
Who is entitled to receive a new merch pack?
All permanent / full time contract staff are entitled to recieve a new brand pack. This includes team members from Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and the UK.
What offices are you sending packs to?
All permanent/full-time team members will be sent a pack to their nearest regional office. This includes:
Australia – Brisbane (HQ)
Sydney
Melbourne (team members based in Tasmania will have your packs sent here)
Adelaide
Perth
NZ – Auckland and Wellington
Malaysia – Kuala Lumpur
UK – London
How long will it take to get my package?
Transit times: (please note – all orders will be sent in bulk and will be dispatched at the end of every week)
Australia – Brisbane (HQ): 2-4 business days
Sydney: 2-3 business days
Melbourne (team members based in Tasmania will have your packs sent here): 1-2 business days
Adelaide: 1-2 business days
Perth: 3-5 business days
NZ – Auckland and Wellington: 2-3 business days
Malaysia – Kuala Lumpur: 2-4 business days
UK – London: 3-5 business days
Where can I wear my new shirt?
Please wear your new shirt with pride! We can’t wait to see them around the office. We also want you to wear these shirts to any external event where TechnologyOne is presenting, sponsoring or demo’ing.

Why am I receiving a TechnologyOne pin - where do I wear this?
Please wear your new T1 pin with pride. We’d love to see you wearing this at our T1 sponsored and hosted events as much as we’d like to see you wearing this around the office.
My team member is not here - can I order for them?
Each team member will need to place their own order if they would like to receive an updated merch pack.
Why are you giving me a TechnologyOne lanyard?
As you know – we have many events and previously we have given you a new lanyard for each event.
In order to become more sustainable, we’re giving you this new lanyard to have and to hold FOREVER.
Please bring this with you to any event you are required to wear an event name tag, .e.g. Showcase, User Groups, CKO, etc.
How do I know what size I am?
All apparel items include measurements of the garment itself (not body measurements) in the product images on our internal FAQ’s.
Please use these measurements as a guide to determine your size. Each item might vary in size (i.e. from polo to tee).
Please check that items size guide against your own measurements to make sure you’re ordering the correct size.
TIP: Use a similar garment you own to compare the measurements given with a measuring tape.
I've ordered the incorrect size or my shirt doesn't fit - what do I do?

You will need to organise a postal satchel to get your items back to Merchgirls.

Why have my team mates received their pack before me?
Your team mates may have place their order before you and this is why their items have arrived sooner. Please refer to your tracking confirmation email for an ETA on your items.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order is despatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

I've missed the order deadline - can I still order?
Yes, you can – however please anticipate that delivery will be delayed. Please refer to your confirmation email and tracking email for ETA of your delivery.
What sustainability practices have been followed?
Quality materials and timeless designs have been used to ensure high reusability (no landfill here).
We also carry sustainability through our shipping practices.
Importantly none of the TechnologyOne merchandise items comes individually wrapped in single-use-plastic.
This is unnecessary and has saved thousands of one-time-use plastic bags ending up in landfill.
